Job Title : Sr Scrum Master (P3) Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite) Job Type: Contract to Hire Job Summary: Serves as servant leader and coach for Agile teams. Facilitates team learning and growth and drives development of a Lean / Agile operating model. Works with teams to continuously productivity, predictability and transparency while providing guidance to help teams through Agile ceremonies, release planning and impediment removal. Fosters an inclusive culture, ensuring team members are fully engaged, understand and accept team and individual accountabilities and collaborate effectively in achievement of expected outcomes.
