Sr. Tax Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will oversee and manage various aspects of domestic and international tax compliance, tax provisions, and partnership taxation. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise external service providers and review domestic and international income tax returns for partnerships and corporations.
• Coordinate and analyze tax computations, workpapers, and schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance.
