Role Description

The Partner GTM organization within AWS is seeking a Partner Programs Strategy Lead to architect, scale, and orchestrate the end-to-end partner journey for Data & AI across AWS. This role is central to designing the strategic frameworks, programs, and resources that enable partner success throughout their Data & AI journey with AWS. You will be responsible for identifying gaps in the current partner experience, securing cross-organizational investments, and building scalable mechanisms that drive awareness and adoption of the partner journey through both direct partner engagement and field enablement.

This is a highly strategic role requiring exceptional program design capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to orchestrate complex initiatives across multiple AWS organizations including Partner Core, field teams, and product groups.
