Responsibilities:
• Review and verify the accuracy of invoices.
• Enter and maintain financial data across software systems.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries.
• Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to maintain financial accuracy.
• Support year-end activities.
• Cross-train with team members to ensure seamless coverage and maintain operational efficiency.
