Key Responsibilities
+ Handle day‑to‑day general ledger accounting, including journal entries and account reconciliations
+ Manage accounts payable
+ Assist with month‑end and year‑end close activities
+ Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and schedules
+ Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and loan statements
+ Support payroll processing and related reconciliations
+ Assist with sales tax filings and compliance requirements
+ Help prepare financial reports for ownership and management
+ Maintain organized accounting files and documentation
