• Manage the month-end close process for a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Conduct and review reconciliations for both operating and escrow bank accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries, along with making necessary accounting adjustments.
• Analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies and implement solutions effectively.
• Generate and distribute financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports, for stakeholders.
