• Record and categorize weekly credit card transactions to ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
• Monitor and oversee a stand-alone expense management system on a weekly basis.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and prepare supporting schedules.
• Manage grant budgets and submissions, including monitoring, reimbursements, expense reporting, year-end closeouts, and maintaining timesheets.
