Staff Accountant

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations in New York, New York. This position works closely with the Controller and plays an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and keeping monthly activities on track. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on attitude, solid foundational accounting knowledge, and a willingness to contribute wherever needed. Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Controller to help manage recurring month-end accounting activities and maintain timely completion of core financial tasks.
• Process vendor invoices and customer-related transactions with accuracy, ensuring payables and receivables are recorded and followed up appropriately.
