Job Summary:

The Staff Accountant plays a vital role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial processes and reporting. This position is responsible for managing the general ledger and ensuring proper maintenance of all accounts, as well as conducting timely and accurate bank reconciliations. A primary focus of the role is providing financial reporting support, including preparing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end statements in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Staff Accountant handles accounting tasks specific to the organization’s funds, grants, and other donor-restricted resources, ensuring compliance with grant agreements and fund-specific restrictions.
