Staff Accountant

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support core accounting operations for a long-term contract opportunity based in San Jose, California. This position will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing tax-related documentation, and ensuring day-to-day accounting activities are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in general ledger management, journal entries, and corporate tax processes, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and on schedule.
