Staff Engineer Maintenance

Overview

Drive planned maintenance to ensure laser marking and pick & place equipment safe to operate with high availability, good reliability & appropriate quality performance for SMT line.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall defined equipment execution of equipment/tooling scheduled maintenance timely and comprehensively.
• Lead a culture based on maintenance routines and engineering solutions using training, systematic troubleshooting and root cause corrective actions.
• Establish/enhance setup, conversion & troubleshooting guide to ensure all defined equipment have reliable machine uptime.
• Investigate and implement counter‑measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns to improve unscheduled downtime.
• Responsible overall defined equipment maintenance systematic, activities and personnel in order to achieve best equipment efficiency and maintenance cost.
