What’s the mission you’ll drive

Transform Addi’s closed-loop data into a high‑margin retail media business by building the platform that turns deterministic attribution into a scalable revenue engine. You will prove merchant demand through manual pilots, architect the build‑vs‑buy strategy for our ad‑tech stack, and launch the self‑serve Sponsored Products MVP, ensuring ad monetization compounds marketplace growth without compromising the consumer experience.
