Staffing Specialist

We are seeking to hire an experienced Staffing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Business and Staffing to implement scheduling and capacity planning, lead a responsive Resource Planning team, and drive continuous improvement in workforce management practices. This role will enable you to have knowledge of recruitment techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the role of workforce planner and sourcing partners to the business., including execution of negotiated contract terms and conditions, monitoring cost and scope of assigned contracts to assure compliance, best value and validate/improve pricing. Will also be supporting in implementing scheduling and capacity planning to support multiple projects in-country.
