About The Role
You will be leading, co-ordinating/implementing training and development of the technical support team, in the areas of STAGE/AV/LX/AUDIO and be liaising with stage based performance content to ensure it is delivered as directed and produced.You will be welcoming, supporting and delivering support for visiting Artistes and acts on stage and in their dressing room environments along side co-ordinating, planning and delivering day to day running and operation of venues. You will spend time ensuring all shows are consistently delivered to a high standard and ensure there is a continuous evaluation of the quality of the technical delivery in all fields AUDIO/STAGE/LX/AV and work with the team to have all Technical specifications and documentation kept up to date.
