Job Title: Stage Manager

• Production Leadership: Oversee all stages of production from initial planning to final performance, ensuring all elements align with the creative and technical vision. Act as the main point of contact for directors, designers, and department heads, coordinating effectively to maintain artistic integrity and operational efficiency.
• Crew Management: Direct and manage the backstage crew, assigning roles, overseeing cue execution, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Lead technical rehearsals, manage performance cues, and support cast and crew to achieve peak performance.
• Technical Proficiency: Collaborate closely with lighting, sound, and set design teams to coordinate timing and technical elements with precision. Leverage extensive knowledge of theater technology, including stage equipment, lighting, and sound systems, to anticipate and address technical challenges in real-time.
