Overview
The Stakeholder Manager for Hard and Soft Facilities Management (FM) services in the public realm is responsible for establishing maintaining and enhancing relationships with local government authorities and related stakeholders. The role ensures delivery of high-quality FM services that meet strategic objectives regulatory standards and community expectations within the clients public spaces.
ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for local authorities government agencies and community stakeholders regarding FM services within public spaces.
- Conduct regular meetings consultations and presentations to align services with stakeholder expectations and regulations.
- Facilitate communication between FM teams and stakeholders on operational issues service delivery and community concerns.
