Organization and Management

Adherence to nursing care vision, mission, goals, and objectives, aligning with the scope of nursing services, and performing shift duties as assigned by the Unit Manager to ensure high‑quality care. Notify the unit manager of any changes that could impact standards of care. Obtain and hand over a report of patient progress, ensuring all doctor’s orders are followed before shift change, and report any incidents or problems encountered.

Visit patients in the unit with team members to assess conditions, re‑plan nursing care, and determine nursing priorities based on patient needs and staff availability. Provide comprehensive hemodialysis patient care using the nursing process and various medical devices (hemodialysis machines, CRRT, various access sites), managing all phases of hemodialysis treatment, maintaining patient records, and promptly reporting abnormalities to medical professionals.
