Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on Stewarding Supervisor to oversee daily stewarding operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across kitchens and back‑of‑house areas. The role supports smooth kitchen operations while ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily stewarding operations across kitchens and F&B outlets
- Allocate tasks and manage stewarding staff duty rosters
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchens, equipment, and BOH areas
- Monitor dishwashing operations during service periods
- Enforce hygiene, HACCP, and safety standards at all times
- Train stewards on cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and safety practices
