Stock Condition and RDSAP Surveyor

TSA Surveying are currently supporting a Housing Association in Croydon and require qualified Stock Condition Surveyor
 
Role Overview:

Conduct stock condition and RDSAP Surveys across residential properties in and around Croydon and Southeast London(CRO,CR2, SE25,SE19, CR4 and CR7)
Portfolio of 1500 + properties
Paid per survey – Bedsits,Flats, Houses and Blocks
Outside IR35
Must have RDSAP EXPERIENCE 
Must be bale to commit to 4/5 DAYS A WEEK.

Duration: 12-month rolling contract
Start Date: ASAP
Appointments: Pre-arranged by the client and some door knocking (optional)
Equipment Provided: ID badges, Tablet, Calling Cards, Letters of Authority
