Stock File | Creditors Clerk

Essential Health Pharmacy Group is recruiting for a Stock File | Creditors Clerk to join our dynamic ordering team. This position is based at our Head Office in Brackenfell.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process credit returns from branches;
• Attend to the enquiries regarding credits, credit notes, and invoices from the branches;
• Reconciliation of branches with statements for the Finance Department;
• Attend to the enquiries regarding accounts or payments for the branches;
• Resolution of the recon items, including the investigations thereof and any other issues that may arise;
• Assist others in the department if needed with orders and other ad hoc duties.
