Store Development Officer

Job Description

• Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms
• Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands
• Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal
• Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts
• With pleasing personality

Requirements

• Preferably Bachelors degree holder
• Experience in similar field is highly preferable
• Language: Fluent in English
• Skills: Strong negotiation and management abilities

Work Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Deployment: HEAD OFFICE - PASAY CITY

Salary Offer: 21,500 Php (Meal allowance and prorated Service Charge included) plus maximum of 2,100 Php allowance depending on experience.
