Store General Manager (Fashion/Luxury Retail)

We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Store General Manager to lead the overall operations and performance of our retail store. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, leading a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets, manage and schedule expenditures, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions to drive store budget performance and overall P&L accountability.
• Oversee the day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance
