To lead and drive the overall performance of the store by delivering exceptional customer experience, maximizing sales of furniture and home products, and ensuring seamless store operations aligned with brand standards
What You Will Own
Complete store P&L including sales, costs, and profitability
Sales performance across categories (furniture, home décor, furnishings)
Team leadership – hiring, training, rostering, and performance management
Customer journey from walk-in to order closure (including assisted selling)
Visual merchandising and store aesthetics as per brand guidelines
Inventory management, stock accuracy, and shrinkage control
Coordination with warehouse, supply chain, and installation teams
Key Result Areas
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Drive key retail metrics: conversion %, ATV, UPT (units per transaction)
Improve furniture category sales (high-value ticket items)
