What You Will Own
- Complete store P&L including sales, costs, and profitability
- Sales performance across categories (furniture, home décor, furnishings)
- Team leadership – hiring, training, rostering, and performance management
- Customer journey from walk-in to order closure (including assisted selling)
- Visual merchandising and store aesthetics as per brand guidelines
- Inventory management, stock accuracy, and shrinkage control
- Coordination with warehouse, supply chain, and installation teams
