Job Description

• Ensures security and safety control measures relative to all store operations.
• Ensures delivery of fast and accurate counter service and monitors compliance of team with counter operations process guidelines and policies.
• Maintains excellent store merchandise displays, compliant to standards & approved store layout.
• Maintains store cleanliness & ensures store selling assets are in working condition.
• Ensures compliance on Sales Promotion/BTL standards/protocol.
• Ensures compliance on Gondola Allowance.
• Complies with Company prescribed uniform, grooming, service standards, and attendance policy.
• Strictly adheres to Store Planograms, Display Standards, Visual Merchandising guidelines, and DTI regulations (price tags and PS stickers)
