Store Manager

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including shelves, aisles, and checkout areas.
• Stock shelves with products, ensuring they are properly labeled and organized.
• Assist customers in locating items or making purchase decisions.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors when stock is running low.
• Ensure the store is secure by following all safety and loss prevention procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not always required).
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• On-the-job training is usually provided.
