Opportunity Description
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including shelves, aisles, and checkout areas.
- Stock shelves with products, ensuring they are properly labeled and organized.
- Assist customers in locating items or making purchase decisions.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors when stock is running low.
- Ensure the store is secure by following all safety and loss prevention procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not always required).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
