Store Manager (m/f/x)

For our store in Zurich, we are looking for a Store Manager (m/f/x).

Responsibilities

• Managing the overall store operations and performance
• Meeting sales goals by training, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Ensuring that promotions, sales and merchandising instructions are carried out to expected standards
• Completing store administration and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and company’s visual merchandising standards
• Reporting on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
• Managing stock levels

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience in a similar size operation
• Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends
