SUMMARY

Manages overall daily operations of a quick lube by Little Wolf Automotive Policy and Procedures, to ensure optimum performance, inventory, cash, and labor control. Also, to ensure the image of the quick lube and its employees is maintained while exceeding our customers’ expectations and protecting company assets.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

The Store Manager will recruit, hire, train, and supervise high-quality employees to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations and develop employees to help them pursue additional opportunities. In addition, the Assistant Store Manager will perform these same duties.

Site Operations Requirements:

• Accountable for the timely opening and closing of the Quick Lube.
