Store Manager

The Store Manager contributes to The Bouqs’ mission of revolutionizing the way we commemorate life’s moments by coordinating and directing the successful, efficient, and profitable operation of the store in order to achieve The Bouqs Retail business objectives. This individual will manage the store team and provide thoughtful leadership, while working to drive sales and achieve revenue goals. They will also act as a leader on behalf of the store in all HQ communications and functions that impact the space.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the retail team, leading the interviewing, onboarding, and training processes for new hires, as well manage the store’s succession planning and identify, recognize, and develop employees to build a strong team.

Showcase in-depth knowledge and understanding of the brand, its history, product offerings, and cross-channel promotions
