Store Officer-in-Charge

The Officer-in-Charge oversees daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, food safety compliance, and efficient staff supervision. The OIC leads the team, handles opening and closing procedures, manages cash and inventory, resolves customer concerns, and supports sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in food service or retail, preferably supervisory
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Willing to be assigned at Poblacion, Makati
