Job Description
The Store Assistant will provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure smooth daily store operations. This role requires assisting with product displays, managing inventory, handling cash registers, and maintaining cleanliness within the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help customers locate and select products based on their needs.
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle refunds or exchanges as needed.
- Assist in managing inventory, including restocking products and conducting stock checks.
- Maintain the store’s cleanliness and organize product displays.
- Monitor product expiration dates and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Assist in setting up promotional materials and product displays.
- Support in receiving deliveries, checking product quality, and organizing stock.
