Job Description
Manpower
- Assists in recruiting and training of staff for his/her branch
- Recommends hiring of personnel for his/her branch
- Prepares shift schedules of each branch
- Checks attendance and punctuality of staff
- Monitors staff overtime and manages overtime cost
- Implements disciplinary action on erring staff
- Recommends rewards/incentives for outstanding staff
- Ensures compliance of staff to company policies and procedures
- Checks health and sanitation permits of staff
- Checks health, good grooming and personal hygiene of staff
