Responsibilities
- Manage TPConnects' top and most strategic seller accounts, acting as a senior point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Lead and mentor two teams: Account Managers focused on customer relations and Implementation Managers responsible for onboarding customers to TPC solutions.
- Drive revenue growth and client retention by identifying expansion opportunities and leading strategic business reviews (QBR).
- Establish clear KPIs, development plans, and a culture of accountability within the account management and implementation teams.
- Align cross‑functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations, around customer priorities and commitments.
- Own the invoicing process and report on the financial performance of existing customer accounts.
- Define and continuously improve the company's account management framework, tools, and methodologies.
- Master's degree.
