Strategic Analytics & Performance Lead

The Role

As an Analytics and Performance Officer, you are responsible to assist the Analytics and Performance Management Head in developing and regularly updating the report on Key Business Drivers for BBG Senior Management use.

How you'll contribute

• Analyze the financial and business driver performance of different business across the Branch Banking Group and be able to present these results to stakeholders and Business Heads.
• Assist the Analytics and Performance Management Head in operations strategy (Channel and Workforce) and performance management of Branch Banking Group.
• Analyze and recommend the workforce distribution of Head Office units and Branches based on the approved PERCOM parameters.
