Strategic Assistant Merchandising Manager – Fashion & Home

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandising Manager (Fashion/Lifestyle/Home & Living) to join one of our clients, a well-known and fast-growing brand.

This role will support the merchandising function in driving product assortment, sales performance, and inventory optimization across assigned categories.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of merchandising strategies to achieve sales, margin, and inventory targets
• Manage and analyze product assortment, stock levels, and sales performance across multiple SKUs
• Work closely with buying, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock flow and product availability
• Monitor seasonal performance and provide actionable insights for in-season trading decisions
