Strategic CFO: Growth, Governance & FP&A Leader

An established law firm is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and governance. The ideal candidate will have 13–15 years of finance experience, including 5–7 years in a senior executive role, ideally in a U.S.-based organization. This role involves partnership with leadership, oversight of financial reporting, and mentoring a finance team. Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP accounting and financial strategy is essential. This position is onsite during night shifts in Taguig.
