Strategic Director for SLP Implementation

Lead the transformation of the Supported Living Program as a strategic director. Develop an actionable implementation plan that aligns with organizational strategies while ensuring clear communication and stakeholder buy-in.

This full-time leadership role focuses on executing a two-year plan derived from the SLP Review. You will coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent application of program changes, tracking progress and outcomes to ensure successful transformation. Effective management of change initiatives will be vital in promoting staff engagement and operational effectiveness throughout the organization.
