The candidate will manage HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws, while also overseeing employee relations and conflict resolution. A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and over 5 years of HR experience are required. Experience in BPO or fast-paced environments is an advantage. This is an on-site position.
