Strategic HR Partner — Temporary (Madrid)

ALS is seeking an experienced HR BP to join their Madrid Executive Office on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. You will partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, a minimum of 3–5 years of HR experience, and strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and best practices.
