**What You Will Do:**

+ Focus primarily on helping drive business development efforts across New York City government clients, expanding our footprint with strategy and technology consulting areas
+ Lead delivery teams on high impact State & Local Government client engagements
+ Establish approaches to gather information from clients regarding client structure, process, technology and culture
+ Facilitate meetings with client stakeholders to gather information
+ Identify and implementing overall program improvements for clients
+ Effectively leverage project resources to accomplish tasks while providing regular feedback and coaching
+ Drive business development activities including RFP responses and proposal development
