Strategy & Business Development Consultant

Works closely with assigned Consulting Principals, Resource Manager, the Strategy & Business Development leadership, and the project team leaders to review, research, assess, analyze, and implement strategic initiatives, projects, and development initiatives involving the coordination of complex multiple service lines and programs with competing interests.
Following established frameworks, the consultant partners with sponsors to manage projects and initiatives throughout the entire plan-do-check-act (PDCA) cycle by resolving risks, anticipating and solving issues, and allocating and managing budgets and other related resources. Collaborates with strategy and business development staff to create vision, pro-forma analysis, and recommended steps required to position services for growth and to ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives.
