Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of strategy for a high-priority federal initiative
- Conduct detailed analysis and research to inform strategic decision-making
- Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior stakeholders
- Work closely with government leadership on key strategic and operational priorities
- Contribute to the design, setup, and ongoing development of the Executive Affairs function
- Support governance frameworks, performance tracking, and programme delivery
- Background in top-tier consulting firms (MBB, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&)
- Proven experience working with public sector clients in the UAE
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and structured thinking capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
