Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a consolidated portfolio of strategic initiatives.
- Define program plans, timelines, dependencies and milestones.
- Ensure initiatives are clearly linked to the strategic priorities of GXI COO and B2C.
- Implement PMO best practices.
- Drive alignment among stakeholders and workstreams to identify opportunities for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Track performance of initiatives vs KPIs, budgets and timelines.
- Maintain dashboards and execution plans that keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Set long‑term business objectives and create actionable strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes and technological advancements to identify risks and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field; MBA is a plus.
