Job Description

As a Stream Assistant, you will fulfill an execution and communication support role, exhibiting clear communication skills, strong follow-up, and English improvement support while also having the potential to host livestreams as needed. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Supporting daily English communication in real work scenarios.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Assisting with daily operations of two livestream rooms, including online engagement during livestreams to enhance viewer interaction.
• Coordinate with the manager and the host/s to ensure smooth broadcasting of content.
• Monitor stream quality and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
