Student Engagement Coordinator

We are looking for a Student Engagement Coordinator to join our passionate and collaborative team.

In this role, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve a range of student development and engagement programmes that support transition, belonging, and success. Your portfolio will include initiatives across areas such as student leadership, volunteering, orientation, and reward and recognition.

This is a highly varied and rewarding role where you will bring ideas to life — from planning and delivering programmes, to managing projects, engaging stakeholders, and evaluating impact. You’ll work closely with students, colleagues, and partners across the University to create meaningful experiences that enhance the overall student journey.

This is a fixed‑term contract until the end of 2027, working 37.5 hours per week. The salary range for this role is from NZ $63,600 to $79,300 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
