Student Support Representative

Description We are looking for a Student Support Representative to guide prospective students through the admissions journey and help them take the next step toward enrollment. This contract opportunity with potential for a long-term role is ideal for someone who combines strong customer service skills with a results-driven approach, ensuring each candidate receives accurate information, timely follow-up, and a supportive experience from initial inquiry through program start. The person in this role will work closely with admissions and campus partners to connect applicants with educational programs that align with their goals.

Responsibilities:
• Engage with prospective students by phone and through follow-up outreach to explain programs, answer questions, and move candidates through each stage of the admissions process.
• Arrange and lead candidate conversations to assess interest, discuss career objectives, and determine whether available programs are a strong fit.
