Description of Job Duties

· Interacting with Fine Arts departments, Campus Safety and Housekeeping in a professional manner.· Submitting requests for Housekeeping and Campus Safety services prior to performances and audition days.· Assisting the Coordinator of Fine Arts Outreach and NCC Arts Department Chairs at performances and audition days.· Liaising with Campus Safety and Housekeeping prior to events to ensure the venues are unlocked/relocked and cleaned before and after events.· Represent the department in a professional mannerOther duties as assigned Do the job duties for this position include any driving requirements?
