Reporting To: Studio Owner

As the Studio Manager of BFT Anchorvale, you are the heartbeat of the studio. You will be responsible for driving the growth of a brand-new community, overseeing daily operations, and leading a high-performing coaching team. Your goal is to deliver a world-class member experience while hitting aggressive membership targets and maintaining the highest standards of studio excellence.

• Lead Management: Convert leads into members with a 'Zero Inbox' mentality; follow up on all inquiries within 4 working hours.
