About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven B2B Partnership Manager to lead candidate sourcing through strong partner networks for our international job placement programs. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building and managing channel partnerships, especially in recruitment, training institutes, or overseas placement ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners such as training institutes, consultancies, colleges, and agents for candidate sourcing
• Develop and execute strategies to generate a consistent pipeline of candidates for abroad job programs (e.g., Europe, Germany, etc.)
• Build long-term relationships with partners and ensure continuous engagement and performance
