About the Role
As demand grows across our Defence High Frequency Communications contract, Babcock is looking for an experienced Subcontracts Specialist to join our team at the cutting-edge of military communications technology. This role plays a key part in delivering the Enhanced Defence High Frequency Communications System (EDHFCS) under the Commonwealth’s JP Program.
This role will work closely with the Subcontracts Manager to deliver high‑quality commercial, contract and subcontract outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys owning the detail — from subcontract formation through to delivery, performance and close‑out.
